Is it normal for a 2010 automatic 1.6L Peugeot to consume over 1 RMB per kilometer? With an 8-bar fuel gauge, each bar only covers 50 kilometers. Any thoughts, folks?

That's not normal, my 2009 model can run about 850 km on a full tank.

Put in the Magic Red GT oil, rev it up to 3000 RPM, and just go for it. Who cares about fuel economy?

My 2014 Peugeot 307 manual uses 6.5 liters per 100 kilometers in urban and suburban areas.

How do I check the fuel consumption? [I just want some peace]

The fuel consumption is faster at the beginning and slower later on. A full tank costs around 300 RMB and can cover approximately 500 kilometers.

Manual transmission, 2.0 engine: 10 liters per 100 km in the city, 8 liters on the highway. 😄

It's pretty much the same: it also depends on driving habits! High-rev engines! You need high RPMs for strong power! So you'll end up pressing the accelerator a bit harder! 😁😁

I've been driving the same model for three years. The first year was 10, last year was 9, and this year it's a bit over 8. [I want to be alone]
