2010 Peugeot 307, automatic transmission. Why does it make a squeaking sound every time I accelerate at low speed and then suddenly release the accelerator?

It seems like the ball joint bushing connecting the control arm to the wheel is damaged, and there's a bit of play.

I have a 2023 JETOUR X90 Zilong. When driving at low speeds, if I press the accelerator, the car suddenly surges forward. However, after reaching 70 km/h, if I release the accelerator and then try to accelerate again, there's about a 2-second delay before the car suddenly surges forward. Is this throttle response delay a common issue?
