During driving, the 2016 Peugeot 301 makes a loud scraping noise from the undercarriage. It happens once every few miles. Sometimes it occurs when turning or braking, but most of the time it's quiet. What could be the issue?

At extremely low speeds, there's a crisp sound from the relay contact when kinetic energy recovery engages. In creep mode, it occurs just when the brake is applied during low-speed crawling. Without creep mode, it happens when you release the accelerator at low speeds. It's just one crisp sound, coming from near or in front of the pedal. The sound is very faint, and can't be heard with the windows open, music playing, or on a bumpy road. This is with the first launch of the dual-motor. Has anyone else encountered this issue, and can it be fixed?

5Is it normal for the fan to frequently turn on, with a particularly loud noise, and then stop after a while, even when the water temperature is normal? Has anyone experienced this? It also happens when idling, where it turns on once every few minutes.
6Sometimes when I wait for the RPM to drop after starting the car, the engine noise is really loud. The sound gets louder or softer depending on how hard I press the accelerator, and the throttle doesn't feel as powerful as it usually does, requiring me to press it deeper. However, most of the time, this doesn't happen. After the RPM drops, the noise is normal.
