I have a question about maintenance. I bought my car in September 2022, and I've driven 15,000 kilometers so far. I've done maintenance 3 times and changed the oil 3 times. I feel that future maintenance doesn't need to be so frequent. If I drive 7,500 kilometers a year, should I do maintenance once a year?

7500 is set by the manufacturer. You should go for maintenance based on whichever comes first, the mileage or one year.
