Hey guys, I just got the Polestar 2, the 2024 model. I only received one car key, but the app says you need two to verify the car key. How many keys did you all get?

I'm on my third key. If it doesn't work, just find a local shop to get one added. It should be less than 1k. The 4S shop is too expensive, it's not necessary.

Both the 2023 and 2024 models come in one large and one small version.

When buying a used car these days, you usually only get one key. As for the other two, don't even ask—they're just "lost." To pair a new phone key, you have to go to after-sales service to delete the old key or pair a new one. The former is cheaper and can be done for under 1000.

Normally, at least two keys are provided, and for earlier initial releases, there could even be three keys.
